One pound of fresh strawberries equals one jar of jam. Preservative free and natural but has loads of sugar. I'm gonna make batch 2 for some friends. Even bought some cutesy small jars from Ikea to store them. All I need is red/white checks cloth with gold tie?

Tips : 1) Marinate fish with Xiaohing wine & corn starch 30mins prior to cooking.
