Thanks to YYC aka Calgary Airport my Ralph Lauren luggage became a train wreck. Apparently they sounded as if it was our fault for using a luggage with handles. As it is, handles are not insured. I would suggest no one sells or buys luggage with handles EVER! (boohoohoo)
