I bake cookies or cakes almost every week. Funnily I don't eat them. This time round I tried M&Ms brownies which I made into cookies. I guess a brownie should stay like a brownie and have it with vanilla ice-cream hence the Mud Pie at TGIF. The last pix is a giant brownie/cookie I made for hubby. Just for fun!
